First my last GTASB block for this month is done.
I think this one is pretty. Takes a bit of time though - mine are all hand pieced, and I'm slow.
And second I have my MM Block 1 partially pinned up - enough so you can see what's going on. I'm very happy with it - and a little bit excited - hence the need for the post. Do you like it? Please say yes or my bubble will burst.

amazing what you put at the back of the cupboard and forget about isn't it? I woke up early one morning a couple of weeks ago thinking - didn't I buy some red/yellow/green fabrics last year?
What a dope! But lucky - they are perfect for this quilt.
The other thing I have bouncing around in my head is the Rouenneries fabrics . I just LOVE them - but couldn't figure out what I would do with them. If you haven't seen them, check them out here. Aren't they just tres chic? But then I remembered this pattern from Quiltmania
Might be good.....what do you think? I know it's upside down - just ignore it.Moments over, have a great week.

How exciting, lots of great things on show. You have some terrific fabrics there and the MM block has some great ones too, it's looking wonderful so far. I love the basket quilt from Quiltmania as well, and the green teas blocks have such interesting fabrics in them. Good you have had some time to stitch this week. Speed is of no importance.
I love the GTASB block and the Quiltmania pattern with stars and baskets is wonderful!
Well for someone who has had a completely nuts week you have achieved some things of beauty! Love the GTASB as always ( I continue to resist!), the MM block is beautiful- you should be excited. Love the topsy turvy quilt pattern...sooooo tempting!

I don't like your MM block, I love it!!
I love the basket quilt Deb, even upside down it looks good, lol! The MM block is going to be fabulous and I wish I had signed up for the GTASB block but glad that I didn't??? You know what I mean don't you? Enjoy the rest of your week.

Oh my gosh! I LOVE your GTASB block! LOTS! It's gorgeous! I'm also searching for that 'just right' pattern to showcase those lovely Rouenneries fabbies! The basket quilt pattern is lovely!
